Jeff Moore and Rob Genualdi are the owners of Weston Arborists, Inc. They both have forestry degrees and have been practicing arboriculture all of their professional career. Our inspiration comes from our satisfied clients looking to enhance their landscape surroundings. We offer the complete line of arbor-cultural services to our clients.

I have been in the tree business for 40+ years. My start was in 1972 when my father an arborist/horticulturist decided to form a local tree service. My education started with graduating from Paul Smiths College of Forestry in 1974 and Davey Institute of Tree Sciences in 1975. I have been a CT Licensed Arborist since 1975. I also have a CT Ornamental and Turf License.
My life has been dedicated to the care of trees. I love the outdoors. Results of my work and efforts are seen over many years. I get great satisfaction in seeing the results of my work 5-10-15 years down the line. Some of my work shows results immediately, but in many cases it takes a number
of years to realize the outcome. Trees have a different time line than us humans.
On those days when my clients say: " Hey Jeff, you were correct when you said that tree should be removed" or "We should trim this hedge back, so it will be filled in over time" and they are going back several years. That's when I feel I have accomplished something good."
Rob Genualdi - Co-owner
I have lived in Connecticut since 1960. I graduated from Weston High School in 1974.From 1974 thru 1976 I attended the University of Maine School of Forestry. From there I moved back to Weston to begin a career in Arboriculture. In 1985 I became a licensed Arborist and started Genualdi Tree Services. In 1994 Jeff and I combined our companies to form a business that could do a better job of meeting the needs of our customers.
I have always had a great love of the outdoors-both in work and in play. One of the biggest challenges in operating a successful tree business is implementing a plan that will manage a property over a period of many years. Working with Jeff, and all the members of our team at Weston Arborists, helping people to improve and maintain their properties gives me a great deal of satisfaction."
Chris Fischer - Sales representative
Chris has worked for Weston Arborists for 30+ years. From climbing trees to tick spraying Chris has experience in all areas of tree care and property service.
