"I have been in the tree business
for 30 years. The corporation was started in 1972.
My education started with graduating from Paul Smiths College
of Forestry in 1974 and Davey Institute of Tree Sciences in 1975. I have been a CT Licensed Arborist since 1975.
I also have a CT Ornamental and Turf License.
My life has been dedicated to the care of trees. I love the outdoors.
Results of my work and efforts are seen over many years. I get
great satisfaction in seeing the results of my work 5-10-15 years
down the line. Some of my work shows results immediately, but
in many cases it takes a number of years to realize the outcome.
Trees have a different time line than us humans.
On those days when my clients say: " Hey Jeff, you were correct
when you said that tree should go" or "We should trim
this here" and they are going back several years. That's
when I feel I have accomplished something good."

"I have lived in Connecticut since 1960. I graduated
from Weston High School in 1974.From 1974 thru 1976 I attended
the University of Maine School of Forestry. From there I moved
back to Weston to begin a career in Arboriculture. In 1985 I became
a licensed Arborist and started Genualdi Tree Services. In 1994
Jeff and I combined our companies to form a business that could
do a better job of meeting the needs of our customers.
I have
always had a great love of the outdoors-both in work and in play.
One of the biggest challenges in operating a successful tree business
is implementing a plan that will manage a property over a period
of many years. Working with Jeff, and all the members of our team
at Weston Arborists, helping people to improve and maintain their
properties gives me a great deal of satisfaction."
